As a UX/UI & Creative Designer for glo™, my goal was to elevate the digital experience and brand storytelling. The scope covered comprehensive UX audits, designing complex referral logic, expanding mobile PWA functionality within a custom design system, and creating high-impact marketing visuals.

Challenges

The main challenge was resolving user friction points based on customer support reports. Using Google Analytics and Hotjar heatmaps, I audited the platform's information architecture.


The first major step to improve usability was entirely redesigning the navigation, introducing a multi-level header to simplify the user journey.

The core architectural challenge was seamlessly integrating the "glo XP" bonus program into standard e-commerce flows without causing cognitive friction. I simplified the reward mechanics and mapped out intuitive user journeys for the referral program and "GLOSARII"—a gamified 7-day app campaign featuring a daily quiz on Ukrainian dialects to build user habits.

PWA & AR Integration

A significant phase of the project was expanding the Progressive Web App (PWA). I structured the architecture to house comprehensive e-commerce flows alongside the referral ecosystems. A key highlight was designing an AR pack-scanning feature, seamlessly bridging the physical product with the digital reward system by allowing users to instantly earn "glo XP".

A continuous focus was designing dedicated pages for new device launches. The challenge lay in delivering a fresh, engaging visual narrative for each product while strictly adhering to the constraints of the core design system.
